Questions to booking:

How do I book my trip?

After choosing one of our Unique Golf Experiences, you can fill out the contact form whereafter you’ll be contacted by one of our golf concierges, or send us an e-mail or give us a call, in order to discuss personal information and / or preferences re. diets, golf handicap, bed type, etc.

We will then issue you with an invoice for the trip which is split into deposit and balance segments. Upon payment of the deposit, your Unique Golf Experience is officially booked and you can look forward to the world’s best luxury golf travel. All that’s left for you to do is organise your flights and pack your clubs.

Size of travel party?

All our Unique Golf Experiences will be conducted with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 guests per trip.

However, we customize trips for any size from single golfers to whole families and even golf societies.

Questions to Experience:

Will I be met at the airport upon arrival?

On arrival at your chosen airport, you will be met by your driver/concierge. From this point on, a Eagle Club Travel concierge will be available 24/7 to help you with dinner reservations, or organise any extra activities you may wish to partake in during your stay with us. He/she will look after your luggage and golf clubs at all times between accommodations and will always be thinking in advance to ensure your luxury vacation runs like clockwork. Experienced in travelling to all of our venues, he/she will make sure you arrive at each course with ample time to warm-up and relax before your tee-time. 

Golf course dresscode?

Most golf clubs are reasonably relaxed when it comes to on-course dress code, but most will insist on at least a collared shirt and tailored trousers or shorts. In the clubhouse, hats/denims and golfing footwear/tennis shoes are not appropriate inside any of the clubhouses, and some clubs may insist upon jacket and tie being worn in some areas of the club. Your concierge will remind you of requirements the day before play. Further information will be given to you upon booking depending on your destination.

Weather?

The weather is extremely variable between all our destinations at differing times of the year. Please speak to your Eagle Club Travel concierge who will advise you on the local weather. Most pro-shops at the courses on your trip will carry an adequate selection of waterproof clothing (or sunscreen) if needed.

Caddie / buggy?

You’ll play 18, 27 or 36 holes every day, either with a caddie, forecaddie, or buggy, depending on what the respective course can offer.

Gratuities / tips?

No, Eagle Club Travel will handle all gratuities at the various golf clubs, for drivers and caddies, and for both the Welcome- and Farewell dinners.

Travel insurance?

We strongly recommend all our clients to take out personal travel insurance which covers the entirety of your visit with us. This should cover you for non-refundable tour deposits, medical expenses, personal belongings, luggage and transfer delays should you encounter any problems. Please check the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy prior to the commencement of your trip.
